Shop terms and conditions

Payments- are handled by Stripe and Paypal, secure third party payment gateways. Payment is accepted by mastercard, maestro, visa, visa debit, visa electron, american express and paypal. The payment gateway will guide you through the process. If you have any problems with payment please contact me.

Delivery -paintings will be dispatched by Royal Mail or courier within 1 to 5 working days of ordering. I try to post as soon as possible after an order has been placed. I use special delivery for adequate insurance, quick transit time and proof of delivery. Delivery abroad can be arranged, please contact me for details before purchase and a specific postage rate will be added to the painting listing.

Returns & refunds- are accepted within 7 days of receipt of the artwork. Please contact me in writing (e-mail is fine) before returning the painting if you are not happy to accept it or damage has occurred during transit. (photographic proof will be required to obtain a refund in the case of damage, the damaged painting must be returned to me) You will be refunded the full amount within 7 working days of the artwork being returned to me. The buyer is responsible for safe return of the item and paying for postage by registered delivery. 

Packaging- items will be packaged carefully, most packaging material is recycled so the parcel may not be pretty but it will protect the artwork.

Company Status- Jenny McLaren is a sole trader, not VAT registered, based in the UK.

Items for sale- All product listed are original artworks made by Jenny McLaren. Descriptions of the artworks are intended to be clear and accurate. Please be aware that colours as viewed on the screen may differ slightly due to lighting/screen display settings. Copyright of artwork remains with the artist after at all times, copies/reproductions cannot be made for commercial purposes.
